This ceiling feature is a very complex and quite expensive service to run, monitor and maintain. It is important to us that it works as promised. Therefore we set the minimum to €10 so that we can guarantee our customers a stable and good service. You can always check your realtime usage in your Mijn Simpel-app. And we notify you by text message when you reach 80% usage of your data bundle.
