Immediate change of subscription

Good afternoon, 

I'm a new customer and I signed up for the 250 MB subscription, but something came up and now I need more data and I can't wait to renew in a month's time. Is it possible to make a change to the 4 GB subscription for 10€ per month? Otherwise I will have to cancel the service during the reflection period.

You can better cancel the deal and make a new one..

Welcome to our community and how nice that you have taken out a subscription with Simpel!

You may increase or decrease your bundles per billing period. If you do this yourself via My Simpel / subscription or the My Simpel app, the change will be processed for free on the first day of your next bundle period. In case of a bundle change, however, the promotional rates will lapse. 

It is possible to change or cancel the subscription within 14 days of the right of withdrawal.
