the simple support team told me:

we cannot reactivate your subscription. If you want to keep the number, you must first put the phone number on the portable prepaid number card and then you can return it to us.

How can I do this?

Ah that sounds like your subscription was ended. If your number is already inactive, you can try to get a prepaidcard somewhere else and transfer the number on there. Then you could order a new subscription on our website to transfer back. We don't offer any way of doing this ourselves unfortunately.

You can get prepaidcards at supermarkets, gas stations etc.
