I have reset my pin code various times when back in Holland, to make sure I use the right code and AGAIN, when I use the (right!) code abroad, it tells me "er is een foute pin code ingegeven".
What can I do to listen to my voicemail? How can I stop this "wrong error"?

On your personal Mijn Simpel page on the tab "sim & instellingen" you can also change the pincode of your voicemail. Could you try that? If you have no succes with that you can contact our customer service at www.simpel.nl/contact They can walk you through a few steps to help you fix your voicemail if a problem stills occurs.
