Hello.

I just found out, that instead 11 euros a month, 

Simpel charge my account for 40-50 euros a month.

anyone could give a clue why that might be?

also would appreciate a customer support email if someone knows.

How unfortunate that the invoices seem to be higher then your contract. In your personal My Simpel Page, you can have a look at the invoices to see where these extra costs occurred. To avoid high out-of-bundle costs, you can also set a '’ceiling'’. This means that everything that could potentially make those out-of-bundle costs gets blocked at a set price.
