I bought a new SIM card and I replaced my old SIM card. Now, when I turn on my data I should restart my mobile because there is an error and says it cannot find the SIM card. I tried to call Simple but there is no contact form and number. Now, after 4 months I am tired. I checked the website and it asks for 15 euros to order new one. Why should I pay this money? Unfortunately, I am not happy with support team. Do you have any idea?
