@Medo8158 Thanks for sending me your number, I've taken a look in your account.
I can see in your account that you've used a bit of your bundle, so that means the Simpel sim card is active on the correct number. The best thing to do right now is for you to contact Lyca and ask them to terminate the old sim card. Maybe they put a new number on the old card, or the number just hasn't been removed correctly from their database. From our end no issues are present.
Could you let me know when you've gotten a reply from Lyca?
