i dont recieve my new simpel sim card today, while my previous sim card gets out of work now and disconnected. I want to know if it has been sent to my address or not.

How unfortunate that you haven’t received the sim card yet, I'm sorry to hear that.
Via our Community I can't check any form of status. I strongly advise you to reach out to one of my colleagues from our helpdesk. He or she will be glad to help and can send you a new sim card if that is necessary.
