As far as I understood, I can use my bundle abroad in EU zone 1 without extra charges.
My question is: can I make calls from Holland to EU zone 1 without additional costs ?

It's correct that you can use your bundle to call in the EU (zone 1)to another number in the EU (zone 1) without extra charges.
But to call from the Netherlands to another EU (Zone1) number, the regular rates are applied.
For example, A call from your mobile number in the Netherlands to a Spanish number will cost €0.51 per minute.

Just to be sure, If I am in France for example (zone 1), can I use my bundle to call someone in France as well ? or it's only free to call from France to The netherlands ?

Yes, when you're in France you can use your bundle to call someone in France ass well.
All calls in zone 1 are included. Only from the Netherlands to zone 1 will be charged extra.
