I don't fully understand in what way you mean your question. My best guess is that you are trying to call to another country, while being in the Netherlands, and this call fails. Calling from NL to other countries, even EU-countries, is not included in your subscription.You will always be charged extra costs for these calls. That is why sometimes this option is disabled in your setting of My Simple. The installation of an active Ceiling (Plafond) for instance, also blocks the call since you can't make any costs.
You can log onto My Simple in order to look through these settings and your Ceiling. Please let us know if you run into any trouble.
