Do not receive my new sim card (more than 7 days)

I ordered a Sim Only subscription on 20/11. According to the contract, my number was scheduled to be ported to Simpel today (27/11).

However, I did not receive my new Simpel SIM card, and my number has already been transferred, so I currently have no network.

Thank you for your message. I understand how frustrating it must be not to have any network at the moment, especially since your number has already been transferred to Simpel, but you haven’t received your SIM card yet.

We would like to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Could you please send us a private message with your address details (postcode and house number)? This will allow us to check whether the SIM card was sent correctly and, if necessary, arrange for a new one to be dispatched to you immediately.

We’ll do our best to make sure you are back online as soon as possible.
