I want to vote at Eurovision a song, but the message is sent unsuccessfully.
Do you know if there’s an option I need to turn off before voting? Or what should I do in order to vote successfully.

Unfortunate to read that you cannot vote for the Eurovision!
I suspect that you have the premium texts off, which causes the error. You can active the premium texts in the My Simple page under the heading ‘Sim & Instellingen'. Also mind that the Plafond protects you from costs outside the bundle.
