Activating eSIM from abroad of Netherlands

You can choose an eSIM when ordering a new Sim Only subscription. You will receive the installation instructions by e-mail. Your phone must support eSIM and needs a Wi-Fi connection during installation: https://www.simpel.nl/esim.

An eSIM can be activated while you are abroad:

. After activation, it works like a physical SIM. You can use it for calls, SMS and mobile internet: https://www.simpel.nl/esim. Make sure roaming is enabled while you are in Italy.

To order a Sim Only subscription, you must be at least eighteen years old. You also need a Dutch bank account in your own name: https://www.simpel.nl/sim-only/geen-kredietcheck-bkr.

The available information does not clearly confirm whether you need a Dutch residential address. Please contact our Customer Service before ordering to check this requirement. This prevents problems during your order or activation.
