Billing Query for Calling Abroad (Zone 1)

Hi there,

I’m a British expat and recently took out a service with Simpel.

I have just send text messages back home to all my contacts letting them know my new number yet according to my bill it has charged me for those texts.

The contract details specify that Zone 1 (EU) are classed as within the bundle and free of charge.

Could someone clarify this for me because i am confused?

Text messages / phone calls send with a Dutch simcard (Simpel) from Holland to an abroad country/nummer (zone 1) are not belonging to the roam like at home rules because you are not roaming. So these are costs out of the bundle.
