Cancel My Subscription Due to Moving Aboard

Hi,

 

I tried to cancel my subscription and I left the Netherlands already. I tried cancellation form but no reply. I reached out to whatsapp account, no replay either. What can I do?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble with canceling your subscription. That shouldn't be the case. Normally, using the cancellation form is enough, but keep in mind that processing may take some time, especially during busy periods.

If you’re no longer in the Netherlands and still haven’t received a response, we recommend double-checking that the cancellation form was correctly submitted and then trying again via the contact channels.
