From your message I understand that you have received extra-bundle costs on your invoice.

We can also understand that it is annoying when you get unexpected cost.

We always send warning messages with 80 and 100% use of the internet. If internet is still consumed after these messages, additional costs will be charged. To prevent additional costs in the future you can set a Ceiling. You can activate this Ceiling quickly and easily via your personal page under the '' Plafond''

Via your personal page you can find your invoice + the specification of these costs. If you still have questions after viewing the invoice, you can contact our customer service
