Hi, oneday, i decided to how many GBs of connection thay i have left that month, i realized that I forgot the password and the username. I then went to the inloggen page and chose reset it using mobile number and I entered my phone number to it. The system said that I will receive an email that help me to change the password and other stuffs but i carefully checked and found no email sent to my mailbox even when I did multiple times. I need help

This could be due to the following:
- You have Simpel blocked in your email settings.
- Your email inbox is full.
- Your email address is blocked by us. This happens when you mark our emails as spam.
- There is another email address in our system.
I cannot look into the system with you via the forum and I can recommend that you contact us. My colleague can then check this for you and help you further.
