cannot change password and username

Hi, oneday, i decided to how many GBs of connection thay i have left that month, i realized that I forgot the password and the username. I then went to the inloggen page and chose reset it using mobile number and I entered my phone number to it. The system said that I will receive an email that help me to change the password and other stuffs but i carefully checked and found no email sent to my mailbox even when I did multiple times. I need help

This could be due to the following:
- You have Simpel blocked in your email settings.
- Your email inbox is full.
- Your email address is blocked by us. This happens when you mark our emails as spam.
- There is another email address in our system.

I cannot look into the system with you via the forum and I can recommend that you contact us. My colleague can then check this for you and help you further.

This could be due to the following:
- You have Simpel blocked in your email settings.
- Your email inbox is full.
- Your email address is blocked by us. This happens when you mark our emails as spam.
- There is another email address in our system.

I cannot look into the system with you via the forum and I can recommend that you contact us. My colleague can then check this for you and help you further.

Firstly, I checked my email and I do not block simpel email. Secondly, I still receive other emails so my email inbox is not full. Lastly, clicking contact button only leads me to chatting with bot, I need to discuss with a real person and need to fix this asap since Simpel just charged me 70 euros and it said I can see the invoice in the app

When you open the contact page, you can click on the Whatsapp, X or Facebook block: a conversation will then be started automatically. At the bottom of the page you can find our number and start a conversation by phone.

As indicated, there can be several causes. For example, if there is an incorrect or outdated email address in the system, you can use this link to change the email address: change email address
