Forgot both Log in detail for mijn Simpel and want to change subscription.

Hi Simpel community,

I have been using a Simpel subscription for more than 3 years. It was 1 or 2 years subscription than I forgot to renew so the subscription was automatically renewed. Now, I want to change to another Simpel subscription, but I totally forgot my log in details (both username and of Mijn Simpel. I tried to enter my 06 Phone number of Simpel to receive reset link, but eventually nothing has been sent to my mailbox. Please help me with this problem .
