Did you change numbers on an existing contract, or did you order a new contract? If you kept the same contract, and only changed numbers, the email address and account is still the same.
With a new contract and new number, you can make a new Mijn Simpel account. If you click here, you can choose "Inloggegevens vergeten?" and fill in your email address and phone number. You'll receive a link to make a new account.
