ESIM not working

Hello, I recently transferred my physical sim to an esim, but every-time I try to activate it, it gives me an error. I can’t call as I don’t have access to my number, anyone had this experienced and fixed it? I have tried activating on multiple phones with esim support non work. [iPhone 15 Plus]
