Wrongly rejected Via Via Voordeel referral bonus

I became a customer of Simpel around a month ago. After becoming a customer I found out about "Via Via Voordeel" that is heavily advertised on your platform. I read all terms and conditions of this promotion and I invited a friend to join Simpel with my referal link. He registered with it and became a Simpel member.

My friend and I meet every single official requirement: the referral link was successfully tracked (which we have email confirmation for), the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, the first invoices have been paid, and both numbers have been active for over a month.

Today we received automated rejection email of referral bonus.

I contacted customer service by phone regarding our wrongly rejected Via Via Voordeel referral bonus. The agent informed me that I must be a customer for at least 2 months before I am allowed to invite a friend. This is completely false and is not stated anywhere in your official terms and conditions.
