For some reason I have got 37 euros bill this month and for the past two years its has been only 5 euros each month. How do i figure this out? it is for calling not internet usage

When you login to the Simpel app you can download the specification of your invoice. That way you can see exactly why there are extra costs involved. To prevent these extra costs from happening you can setup a ‘plafond’. More information can be found on this page: https://www.simpel.nl/controle-over-je-kosten
Thank you. It is for phone calls but I have never been charged for phones calls so I don't know why.
