Hi! Is there any subscription programme that includes calls from the Netherlands to Zone 1? I have only found about the tariff prices of 31 cents per minute for calls, but what I would like to have is a subscription deal that includes such calls

The shortest answer is NO.
Simpel does not offer an subscription that includes NL calls to another land, zone 1.
That's (also) not the way roam like at home works. Roam like at home is the plan from the EU that means your bundels can be used in zone 1.
Calls from NL to another land are out of the bundle €0,23 / minute.
