Where can I pay my sim and 30GB monthly data plan?

Hello, I started a sim and 30GB data plan in November. I paid for the first month, received and activated my sim card. That was 1 month ago and I need to pay for my next month. Where in Mijn Simpel can I make the payment? I see that my data have been refilled even if I haven’t paid, and I am concerned that I will be charged extra costs for using these new data.

I tried asking the chatbot in the Simpel website but it couldn’t give me the right answer. I have not received a second bill yet and I was recently blocked / locked out of the Mijn Simpel webpage because your website didn’t think I was a real person.

Let me know how I can pay for my monthly data plan or cancel my subscription.

Thank you for your message. At Simpel, the first month is always paid via iDEAL. From the second month onwards, the subscription costs are automatically collected through direct debit from your bank account. You therefore do not need to make a manual payment in Mijn Simpel.

Your data bundle is automatically renewed each month as part of your subscription. No extra costs are charged for this, unless you use more data than your bundle includes.

If you wish to terminate your subscription, this can be done by calling our customer service. They will discuss the options with you within your contract period and guide you through the cancellation process.
