Abonnementskosten this month €53,50 is too high for me. i can't paid for this . I never used outside Netherlands . i used only wifi in home. I thinks something wrong . Can you explain what happens . With sincere regards .

That sounds like an unpleasant surprise. If you normally only use Wi-Fi and haven't been abroad, it's logical to wonder where that high amount comes from.

Sometimes extra costs can arise from things like usage outside your bundle, paid text messaging services, or data usage without an active data bundle (even if you thought you were on Wi-Fi). You can usually see exactly when the charges were incurred in your invoice breakdown. This can be found in your My Simpel account under your invoices.

It's a good idea to check this. It often quickly clarifies what happened.
