Hey, can I request a new number without having to key-in an old number? I used to live in Asia and I am moving to the Netherlands now. However, when I try to order a new number, I have to key in an old number, which doesn’t exist. How do I solve this problem?

First of all, welcome to our Community!
Nice that you want to take out a subscription at Simpel, welcome! If you do not have a contact telephone number, you can enter the following number during the ordering process: 0600000000. During the ordering process you can indicate that you want to use a new telephone number. A random phone number is then linked to the SIM card. It is therefore not a problem that a non-existing contact telephone number is provided.
