When you place an order with number porting you first have to validate your number. Your number can also be validated using your customer number with your current provider. Don't know your customer number? Then contact your current provider to request your customer number.
Have you not received the validation sms look here for more information
You can then provide this customer number to us through our costumer service.
When your application for number porting has been completed, you will receive a confirmation stating the effective date.
From this date you can put the SIM card in your phone and use your Simpel subscription.
