i haven't received my SIM card

Hello, can someone help me im waiting for my SIM card to come i ordered it from dec 2 and its not yet, what happened?? What is the status? I need it

Normally, delivery takes just a few working days. If you haven’t received it yet, there may have been a delay with the postal service or an issue with the address details. To check the exact status, we’ll need to look into your order personally.

Could you please contact our customer service directly with your order details (name, address, and order number)? That way we can trace your SIM card and, if needed, send you a new one right away.
