Hi, I ordered a SIM card on 8/18, but I still haven’t received it. Since I don’t have the SIM card yet, I’m unable to call your customer service directly. Therefore, I’ve been trying to reach out via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Threads, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response. Therefore, I would like to cancel my subscription as I have not received the card.
